Get Help For Yourself

When you are struggling, one of the most important things you can do is reach out and talk to someone about what is happening in your life and how you are feeling.  Reach out to a trusted friend, a caring family member, a teacher or coach, a minister, doctor, nurse, or a professional counselor.  Tell someone what is going on in your life and about your feelings of depression and hopelessness.  You are not alone.   We are all human … we all have struggles.  When we talk about our struggles, we can begin to find solutions to them.   Suicide is never the solution!

There is help available 24-hours a day via a local suicide prevention hotline and the  National Suicide Prevention Hotline.  Call … reach out to someone who can help!

If you are having a mental health crisis or having thoughts of self harm, call 9-8-8.

Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
